In-Line Electrodes
The PHE/ORE-5460 in-line pH and ORPelectrodes feature a flat self-cleaningabrasion-free surface. When exposed toturbulent flow, the resulting scrubbingaction keeps the electrodes clean. Theelectrodes can be used in applications with0 to 88°C (32 to 190°F) temperatures,pressures up to 6.89 bar (100 psig) and a0 to 14 pH measurement range (0 to 12without sodium ion error). Having freshmaterial sweeping past the electrode’ssurface improves response time as well asaccuracy, especially for the measurementof oily waste fluids, lime slurries, flocculantand emulsions. The electrodes accept acable assembly with a gland mounted in a3/4", 1"or 2" NPT tee.
In-Line electrodes are ideal for relacingexisting threaded electrodes. They areused in applications where flow can be shutoff for electrode maintenance.
The high temperature Acrylamide gel issupplied as standard with the PHE-5460electrodes. These are only available withCPVC construction.
