TLO & KTLO Series: Steel sheath heating elements for medium weight oils.
Optional Thermostat Kits: Containing trodeksLUX® AR-type thermostat and mounting hardwareare available to fit in heater terminal box.
Lightweight, portable, easy to installL-shape construction, puts the heatat the bottom of the tank and theterminal enclosure at the top of thetank. These heaters are convenientanswers for many immersionheating applications. Capacities,dimensions and sheaths fit a widerange of heating applications. Easyto install and remove for cleaningwith straight or circular elementdesigns to fit many tankconfigurations.
Construction: All wetted parts ofthese immersions heaters are madeof the same metal or ally foroptimum corrosion resistance. Allgasketed terminal boxes are steel,coated with acid resistant paintfinish.
Corrosion Resistance: Widechoice of sheath materials shouldprovide corrosion resistance inheating liquids. Check chemicalcomposition of solution beforeselecting sheath material. Consultthe Material selection Guide onpages Z-44 through Z-48.
Sludge legs, or compatible metals,keep heated section off bottom ofvessel, 4" standard height. Includedwith each heater (increases ADimension by 31.2"). Sludge legs arestandard on all heaters.
