The G303 Operator Interface Terminalcombines unique capabilities normallyexpected from high-end units with a veryaffordable price. The G303 is able tocommunicate with many different types ofhardware using high-speed RS232/422/485communications ports and Ethernet 10 Base T/100 Base-TX communications. In addition,the G303 features USB for fast downloads ofconfiguration files and access to trendingand data logging. A CompactFlash socket isprovided so that Flash cards can be used tocollect your trending and data logginginformation as well as to store largerconfiguration files. In addition to accessing and controlling of external resources, theG303 allows a user to easily view and enterinformation. The unit uses a Liquid CrystalDisplay (LCD) module, which is easilyreadable in both indoor and outdoorapplications. Users can enter data throughthe front panel 32-button keypad that hasuser identifiable keys. All G3 series HMIs include a web server, trending, data logging, and a built-in "C" language-like editor and compiler for writing your own control functions.
