Description

With the CL514-PLUS you cancheck and calibrate all your RTDinstruments and measure RTDsensors. Automatic indication ofconnections on the display for simplehookups. Take it without worry intothe shop, plant or field. It comesprotected with a rubber boot andrugged, low profile switch. Easy tooperate even in the dark areas of theplant with the backlit display.Stop carrying around a decade boxand RTD resistance tables, you cancalibrate directly in temperature(°C and °F). The CL514-PLUS workswith a wide variety of RTD curvesincluding Platinm 100 (alpha = 3850,3902, 3926) and 1000 (alpha =3850, 3750) Ω, Copper 10 and 50 Ω,Nickel 100 and 120 Ω. Easily set anyvalue quickly to within 0.1° with theadjustable digital potentiometer"DIAL" plus store any threetemperatures for instant recall.Calibrate quickly with automaticoutput stepping. Choose between2, 3, 5, 11 and 21 steps toautomatically increment the outputin 100%, 50%, 25%, 10% or 5% ofspan. Select the step time to matchyour system from 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15,20, 25, 30 and 60 seconds.Connect directly to RTD inputs ofsmart transmitters, PLCs,controllers and multichannelrecorders and verify theiroutputs or displays.Measure and troubleshoot RTD sensorconnections and findbroken wires. Connectyour 2, 3 or 4 wire RTDsensor and theCL541-PLUSautomatically measuresthe RTD in °C or °F.
