trodeks's PX4600 Series consists ofaccurate, highly reliable pressuretransducers suitable for printed circuitboard mounting. The small size andlight weight of the PX4600 tranducersmake them ideal for tough vibrationand shock environments. The sensoris a small silicon chip with 4 diffusedsilicon strain gages. Laser-trimmedresistors provide excellenttemperature compensation from -54 to 121ºC (-65 to 250°F), andusers can adjust zero balanceand span to tight tolerances. Theunusually high performance of thistransducer comes from a 4-active armbridge sensor using a micromachineddiffused silicon diaphragmand proprietary thin-film media anddielectric isolation barriers.
