Description
The FL-9000 Series flowmeter arerugged, low-cost direct readingindustrial class flowmeters that aresimple to install. They can bemounted (installed) in any positionfrom vertical to horizontal withoutcostly flow straighteners or otherspecial plumbing. Constructed of highimpact polysulfone plastic, theproduct line offers excellentstructural integrity and chemicalcompatibility with a wide range ofindustrial chemicals.FL-9000-ACL/DCLThe AC and DC powered flowswitch modules consist of alatching relay circuit housed in asealed polypropylene enclosure.The modules have a normally opendry relay contact that can be used todirectly control alarms, warninglights, relays or be used to interfaceto a PLC. The relay will be latchedon as the magnet inside the flowmeter passes by the module, andremain latched on until the magnetpasses in the other direction orpower is interrupted. The set-pointis adjustable from 0 to 100% offull scale.FL-93/96/97/98/9900FL-9000-RA/RB/RCThe reed switch modules arehoused in a sealed polypropyleneenclosure. The reed switch moduledoes not provide the latchingfunction like the AC and DCpowered units. When the magnetinside the flowmeter comes withinproximity of the module, the reedswitch will change state. The setpointis adjustable from 0 to 100%full scale. Two reed switchesproviding low flow and high flow setpoints may be installed on a singleflowmeter.
