The LVU30 Series of RoHSCompliant low-cost ultrasonicsensors that produce detectionranges from as close as 178 mm(7") to greater than 4.5 m (15').Incorporating state-of-the-artultrasonic technology, the sensorsprovide precision non-contactdistance measurement for factoryautomation or industrial processcontrol. The LVU30 series ofsensors stand out over all othersystems because of theiraffordability, extraordinary ease ofoperation, genuinely user-friendlysoftware, versatility in usercontrolledoutputs, and the abilityto be set up without using a target.They transmit narrow beam soundpulses at a user-selected rate(software triggered), the processreturns echoes, and various outputsdepending on the position of thetarget and programming parameters.
