Description
The PHP-800 Series of meteringpumps are well suited for use inmany applications, including;agricultural industries for pumpingfertilizers, and in some cases pHlowering chemicals (acid); wastewater treatment fields (includingmunicipal); plating and metalfinishing; and larger HVAC coolingtowers, just to name a few. Thepump has PVDF double ball valvesthat can pump up to 42 GPH(2700 ml/min) and handle outputpressures up to 12.1 bar (175 psi).The PHP-800 also has an operatorfriendly digital touch pad and easyto read back-lit LCD display. Thedisplay shows output % and thediaphragm failure alarm status.A DFD, built-in leak detectionsystem senses a chemical leak inthe pump head and shuts off thepump. There is also a priming/degassing valve built into thepump head. The wash downrated housing is made of durable,chemical resistant, powder coatedaluminum. Brush life is at3400 hours.
