Description

A 304 stainless steel mortar is suspended by three bracketsabove a stainless steel bowl which holds liquid nitrogen.The bowl is nested in a heavily insulated blue polyethylenehousing. The mortar has an insulated handle, 10.2 cm L (4"),that is removable for saving space. The housing measures16.5 cm dia (61⁄2") x 11.4 cm high (41⁄2") and has three suctioncup feet. The recommended size pestle is any size appropriatefor a 275 ml mortar. Pestle not included.
