Description
Description
The trodeks® PHE/ORE-6510 Series submersibleelectrodes are designed for use in drums,open tanks and streams, etc. The flatsensing surface is surrounded by a porouspolyethylene reference junction whichminimizes fouling. Electrode installation andremoval done by a simple 1/4 turn quickdisconnect. The cable assembly's cap has1/2" MNPT thread, which can be connectedto a coupling and support pipe. The pipeallows easy mechanical mounting andprotects the cable from the liquid measured.The resulting assembly is lightweight forconvenient handling when maintenance isneeded. ATC is available as part of themounting assembly.
The flat surface design is well suited forapplications with relatively high suspendedsolids or where flocculation operationsrequire low velocities.
Where only low velocities are present andcoating is a problem, the electrode can bemounted at a 45° angle facing the flow soas to obtain increased scrubbing actionacross the measuring surface.

Note: At the time of initial purchase, please order both electrode and mounting assembly. Mountingassembly includes assembly in which the electrode is mounted and 10' cable. If ordered withautomatic temperature compensation (ATC), the temperature compensator is built into the mountingassembly. When the electrode has expired, simply re-order the electrode (the mounting assembly isre-usable).
