Description

ThePHS-11Series of magnetic stirrersoperate by generating a rotatingelectromagnetic field in the stirringheads. The liquid to be stirred has amagnetized stirring bar placed in it.The bar and liquid is rotated by themagnetic field produced in the heads.The PHS-11C also includes anelectrode holder for hands-freemeasurements. The PHA-EH is anelectrode holder only for applicationswhere stirring is not desired. It has aweighted base for stability andlocking knobs to hold the desiredposition.
