The OM-CP-AVS140-1 and OM-CP-AVS140-6are complete systems used to perform autoclavevalidations. The OM-CP-AVS140-1 system forautoclave temperature monitoring consists of a NISTtraceable OM-CP-HITEMP-140-1 temperature datalogger, an OM-CP-IFC400 USB docking station andFDA 21 CFR part 11 secure software. For larger sizeautoclaves or mapping projects, the OM-CP-AVS140-6is a system for autoclave temperature and pressuremonitoring that includes five OM-CP-HITEMP-140-1temperature data loggers, one OM-CP-PR140 pressuredata logger, an OM-CP-IFC406 multiplexer interface(allows up to 6 data loggers to be interfaced to a singleUSB port on the computer) and the secure software.
The secure software aids users in compliance withFDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The softwareensures standards in which electronic files areconsidered equivalent to paper records, saving timeand effort. The secure software contains criteria suchas electronic signatures, access codes, secure datafiles and an audit trail which meets the requirementsof 21 CFR Part 11 and helps provide data integrity.IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation Qualification/OperationalQualification/Performance Qualification) protocolsare included to validate that the software has beeninstalled and is operating correctly. The layout of thesecure software is similar to the OM-CP Series DataLogger standard software, allowing users to easilylearn the additional features. The Windows® basedsoftware package allows the user to effortlesslycollect, display and analyze data. A variety of powerfultools provide the ability to examine, export, and printprofessional looking data with just a click of the mouse.
