Description
The OME-PIO-D96 provides 96 TTLdigital I/O lines. The OME-PIO-D96consists of twelve 8-bit
bi-directionalports. The 8-bit ports are namedport A (PA), port B (PB), and port C(PC). All ports are configured asinputs upon power-up or reset. TheOME-PIO-D96 has one D-Subconnector and three
50-pin flatcable connectors. Each connectorprovides access to 24 channels ofdigital I/O.
Each header can connect to a50-pin flat cable. The flat cable canbe connected to OME-ADP-37/PCI
or OME-ADP-50/PCI adapter whichcan be fixed on the computerchassis. The OME-PIO-DIO96 canbe installed in a 5 V PCI bus andsupports true "Plug & Play".
Software Development Kit
All boards are supplied with astandard software development kitfor Windows XP/Vista/7. Thesoftware development kit includesdll files for programming in C,C++or other high level languages andOCX files for Visual Basic or ActiveX programming. LabView driversare also included.
