The OMB-DBK25 8-channelrelay-output card providestrodeks’s OMB-LOGBOOKand OMB-DAQBOARD-2000 Seriesdata acquisition systems with eightfully independent relay contactoutputs. Because the OMB-DBK25is designed for use in portable aswell as desktop applications, itemploys miniature latch relays thatdraw power only when changingstates, i.e., when changing from offto on or from on to off. This minimalpower consumption makes theOMB-DBK25 ideal for applicationsthat rely on battery power. TheOMB-DBK25 relay contacts arerated for 2 A at 28 Vdc or 0.6 A at120 Vac. As many as twenty-fourOMB-DBK25’s can be used in onesystem, to obtain 192 outputs.
