Description
The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A is a wireless datalogger with a digital display, designed to measure andrecord DC current signals. This data logger can connectdirectly to low-level DC current sources which makeit ideal for battery usage studies, energy monitoringstudies and other DC current monitoring applications.
The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A can also be interfacedwith a wide range of current output sensors suchas flow meters, pH transmitters and more. Throughthe software, the device can be programmed withengineering units, which convert the current readingsinto a different unit of measure such as flow rate. Theengineering unit is available for display on the LCDscreen as well as in the software. TheOM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A is available in 20 mA,160 mA or 3 A measurement ranges.
The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A features an LCDscreen which provides instant access to the currentreading, minimum, maximum and average statistics.The statistics can be reset through the keypad of thedevice, allowing customers to keep track of statisticsover certain time periods. This feature does not erasethe data recorded, but only resets the statistics count.The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A can be used as astandalone data logger, or used with theOM-CP-RFC1000-EXT wireless transceiver, to transmitdata back to a central PC.
The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A transmits up to152 m (500') line of sight to the OM-CP-RFC1000-EXTtransceiver. Multiple OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s can beused as repeaters and transmit up to 305 m (1000') lineof sight to other OM-CP-RFC1000-EXT’s. This allowsthe data to be sent over a greater distance.
The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A can be usedas a single, wireless data logging system, or canbe expanded to a large scale system, which caninclude hundreds of data loggers measuring differentparameters such as temperature, humidity and more(additional wireless data loggers and transceivers maybe required). The OM-CP-RFCURRENT2000A utilizesthe latest software. Data can be viewed in graphical ortabular formats and summary and statistics views areavailable for further analysis. The software featuresexport to Excel®, data annotation, digital calibrationand more.
