The HDR Series worm gear reducers areused in low to moderate horsepowerapplications to reduce speeds and increasetorque. Worm gear reducers are available indirect or indirect drive, direct drive modelsare 56C or 145TC flange mount with either right, leftor dual output shafts or a hollow boreoutput. The indirect drive models are shaftinput-shaft output boxes for use withsprocket or pulley drive systems. Theyprovide an effective low cost solution tospeed reduction and increased torque, withhigher tolerances for shock loading thanhelical gear reducers.
